We have emailed you back several times and have explained that you did not order any book. You order the With Open Arms and a Level Heard Video on demand course. We have sent instructions on how to access the course, which you have done. If you have another order number that shows you have ordered a book from us please let us know. When I search using your email address we only show the one order for the video course which you have been viewing.
