For orders placed, but NOT yet shipped, you may cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund. For orders that have already shipped or are available for pickup at seminars or show venues, you may return the products purchased, as long as they are in new unused condition, for a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling.

All returns must be started within 30 days of a product's purchase. To request a return, Contact Us and select Returns/Refunds from the “Issue” drop-down menu. Make sure to include your order number. All returns are subject to the conditions set below.

There will be no returns accepted past 30 days of the product purchase date. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all the packing materials. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to appear. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a 15% restocking fee.


Please note: For product returns, Madcap University Press, LLC can only refund the original purchase price at time of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

DIGITAL RETURNS: 

There are no returns or refunds for Video on Demand (Streaming Video) or any digital services and products.

If you receive products that are damaged or incorrect, Contact Us and select Returns/Refunds from the “Issue” drop-down menu and choose which option best describes your situation. Make sure to include your order number.The process for damaged or incorrect items will be remedied based on the situation by the customer service agent.

NOTE: A returned DVD in the DVD-R format that will play on our DVD-R players will not be considered defective. So please verify that your DVD player or software accepts DVD-R format. We encourage you to try them on another player first.

Madcap University Press, LLC reserves the right to change its payment, return and refund policies at any time without prior notice to you. Any changes to these policies will be posted on our website.

Within 30 days of purchase, some products can be exchanged.If the product was received damaged or the wrong items were received please see the above Defective or Damaged Items section above.
